SAFETY OF EMPLOYEES - All CleaningUpNow LLC technicians are Insured by WCB and Hiscox Inc. General Liability Insurance. In addition, to protect health and safety of our technicians, they are not to move anything heavier than 25 lbs., nor step up higher then two ladder steps. Should you require us to clean behind heavy furniture or appliances, please move them prior to our arrival to allow access to the target area.
BREAKAGE – In this rare occasion CleaningUpNow LLC is both bonded and insured. Our insurance policy gives Comprehensive Hiscox Inc. General Liability limit of $2,000,000.
GETTING READY FOR YOUR CLEAN – Don’t “clean” before we arrive, but do “pick up” as much as possible in areas you would like us to clean. This will allow us to focus more on detail and quality for you. We will not clean excessive dishes or pick up pet waste.
YOUR CLEAN – Your cleaner will arrive within one half hour of the scheduled time of the clean this allows for any traffic, hold ups etc. They will perform the prescribed clean for the agreed upon rate as outlined in your estimate. Any 'extras' should be added to your clean at the time of booking. This will allow us to tweak the schedule to serve your needs. If you would like your clean to focus on certain areas other than the regular clean please call the office 24hrs prior to your clean.
KEYS & KEY SECURITY - Clients have the option to be home to let us in, Hide a key or provide us with an access code or Key. Customer keys are stored in a key safe and are coded for identification.
CANCELLATION POLICY - We do not have cleaning contracts locking customers into a long-term obligation with us, therefore it is important for us to make customers aware of our cancellation policy. We require any cancellation to be confirmed prior to 5PM the evening prior to your clean. Any cancellation after that time will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations after 5PM causes an opening in our scheduling which gives us a small window of time in which to try and fill your spot. PAYMENTS - We accept most major Credit Cards including MasterCard & VISA, personal checks. Payment must be made in full at the time of service, we will collect $25 late fee if the payment is not made by the end of the day.
REFUNDS & GUARANTEES – Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not 100% satisfied with quality of your clean, please contact us within 24 hours of your clean. We will re-visit your home or office at no extra charge to make it right.
NON-SOLICITATION OF EMPLOYEES - As a client, you agree not to hire any present or past employee of CleaningUpNow LLC for any home-related service outside of your agreement with CleaningUpNow LLC for a period of six months from the last cleaning service received from CleaningUpNow LLC.
